I want to say a massive thankyou to everyone that took the time for themselves and came along to last night's soundbath ✨️
We focused on hibernation within ourselves and slowing down in the winter months, as nature doesn't bloom all year round, we shouldn't either. It's important to take the time for rest too! 🧡
My next soundbath will be slightly different, with a focus on calming our nervous systems before the festive rush. It's on Sunday 22nd November at 9.30am. Only 12 spaces available, so send a wee message to reserve your spot.
