September feels different.

Because I’m not the same person who walked into this year.

The last 6 months have asked me to move through things I once thought would break me. I’ve released beliefs, patterns, identities and versions of myself that I had spent years building.

And I’ve had to be brave enough to choose differently.

There’s sadness in realising that the life I was so used to no longer resonates with the person I’m becoming, but there’s also something so beautiful about it.

Because the shifts I’ve made internally have created a life that feels closer to the one I always dreamed of.
The one I was once too scared, trapped or uncertain to create.

What helped me get there?
The inner work.
Getting curious. Questioning what I believed. Meeting the parts of me that were afraid. Choosing self-trust over certainty.

I am SO proud of myself for showing up as the version of woman I always wanted to be, always needed myself to be, and what I’ve also realised since loving through it - being the woman my female ancestors needed someone to be too!

The lesson:

The life you desire is possible when you’re brave enough to meet the version of you capable to create it. He or she is in there.

Here’s to new beliefs. New timelines. New versions. 🦋

Sometimes the distance is just recalibration to an even higher timeline. The trick is not to fight it✨

This is a beautiful time to stop forcing, start listening and allow yourself to release what no longer feels right.
