Amazing even in this heat

..I decided to have a little Sunday morning pamper. ✨

As I waxed my legs this morning, my Tan in a Tub came away... and I was reminded just how WHITE my legs actually are! 😳😂

I'd honestly forgotten because I've been wearing my tan for the last few weeks!

It's funny how something so simple can make such a difference to your confidence. Since using Tan in a Tub, I've felt so much happier wearing shorts, and getting my legs out in this 30°C heat. ☀️

Seeing the tan come off this morning reminded me exactly why I created it in the first place.

​Hey all! Just a little heads-up about my calendar for next month.
​I’ll be taking a little staycation and having some time off to recharge. I haven't had any time off since Christmas which is crazy, but the year has just flown by! You have all kept me so very busy, which I appreciate very much, so thanks to you all! 👏
​I've been absolutely flat out and haven't had much downtime at all, so I'm going to completely unplug my phone switch hair brain off to enjoy some uninterrupted quality time with my boys and fur babies. I won't be checking messages or doing any bookings while I'm off but if u need to cancel or book any appointment i will get back to all messages mon 10th so I can truly recharge my batteries! 📵
​I will be off from August 1st, and I will be back to work on Tuesday, August 11th! ☕
you are all amazing at booking in advance, so I'm already more or less fully booked for when I get back on the 11th! ⚠️ If you need to get in around then, I only have a few random slots left here and there.got a few slots week before i break up but not many

Thank you to all my lovely clients for your loyalty and support over the years. Some of you have been coming to me for over 30 years, and I truly appreciate every one of you.
Last-minute cancellations can be difficult to fill. This week alone I've had 5 cancellations and those appointments could have been offered to other clients.
I completely understand that things crop up, but I'd really appreciate 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange.
I don't want to start taking deposits, as the majority of my clients are fantastic and respectful of my time, but if late cancellations continue, it may be something I have to consider.

My lovely client of 30+ years finally made it back to the salon after several months recovering from major surgery. She wanted a fresh trim and a low-maintenance colour refresh to help her feel more like herself again.
We used a demi-permanent colour to softly blend her greys, add subtle root depth, and create a beautiful brunette gloss through the mid-lengths and ends for added dimension and shine. Using a demi means the colour will fade out beautifully over time with no harsh line of demarcation.
A soft, natural, low-maintenance result with healthy-looking, glossy tones

We decided to Embrace Paulas greys rather than cover them up.
Using a demi permanant is like a lipgloss to your hair rather a full matt lipstick, adding in a little bit tone taking the starkness out the white, warming it up naturally and fade off beautifully with no harsh demarcation line, just a beautifull blend
