Do you know how to prepare your skin prior to your treatment ?

Microneedling, chemical peel, Dermaplaning or YS resurfacing (bio spicules) - one or all of these treatments require a little prep time to ensure a safe and effective treatment ❤️

Here’s my do’s and don’ts 🎉

DO (5-7 days before) Water 💦 make sure you are hydrated. When the body is nourished the skin is nourished Wear SPF - no ifs no buts no excuses Remain consistent with your basic skin routine

Don’t (5-7 days before) Exfoliate the area Use actives or acids (Vit C, retinol etc) if your in doubt! Reach out! Shave, wax, laser hair removal Laser treatments Use tanning bed (EVER) Use new topical products
