I hear this so often from women in their 40s and 50s.
It’s not vanity, it’s not “just getting older” and it’s certainly not all in your head.
Menopause changes your skin in ways most women are never warned about. Less collagen. Less hydration. More skin laxity. Makeup that suddenly doesn’t sit the way it used to.
The good news is that you don’t have to just accept it! The right skincare, combined with evidence-based treatments, can make a huge difference.
Our aim here isn’t to make you look 20 again, but to help you feel like YOU again.
If you have noticed changes in your skin since perimenopause or menopause that has affected your confidence, get in touch for a free consultation!

“I’ve never had aesthetics before…”
This is exactly why every treatment starts with a consultation.
At 37, Michaela was noticing the effects of weight loss, pregnancy and the early signs of ageing. Instead of jumping straight into treatment, we looked at what was actually changing - and, just as importantly, what didn’t need treated.
The goal was never to make her look different. Just like the best version of herself.
Follow for Part 2 to see Michaela’s treatment and her final result. ✨
Nothing to see here.
Just a routine B12 appointment. 👀

There are a lot of injectors.
There are far fewer who’ll tell you not to have a treatment. That’s exactly who I’d choose (for that reason and a few more…).
Swipe through for the things I’d look for if I was choosing someone to trust with my own face. 🤍
Save this for later - you’ll thank yourself before your next consultation.

The conversation the aesthetics industry needs to have.
There is no such thing as a “non-surgical” facelift. If you want a facelift result, we can definitely get you closer to how you want to look, but no amount of filler can replace surgery.
“I hate these lines…”
The problem isn’t always the line. The best treatment plans involve assessing at why it’s appeared in the first place - not just where you can see it.
Sometimes the answer isn’t more filler in the crease. It’s restoring support elsewhere to bring balance back to the face.
That’s the difference between treating a symptom and treating the cause.

OZEMPIC FACE | PART ONE
Everyone’s talking about Ozempic face, but most people are only telling half the story.
Yes, weight loss reduces facial volume. But that’s not the whole picture. GLP-1 medications may also affect collagen production and your skin’s ability to repair and regenerate. That’s why the changes we see aren’t simply “fat loss”, they’re often multifactorial.
This isn’t about scaring anyone away from GLP-1 medications. They can be genuinely life-changing. It’s about understanding what’s happening to the face, so we can treat it properly, which is exactly what we can do in-clinic.
In Part Two, I’ll explain what actually works to restore and support the face while using GLP-1 medications. Follow along so you don’t miss it. 💉✨
“I woke up one day and didn’t recognise the person in the mirror.”
If you’ve ever felt this way during perimenopause or menopause, you’re not imagining it.
During the menopause transition, women can lose up to 30% of their collagen in just five years. Falling oestrogen levels also reduce hyaluronic acid in the skin, contributing to dryness, loss of elasticity, sagging and volume loss.
Understanding why these changes happen is the first step towards addressing them.
If you’ve noticed changes in your face, skin quality or overall appearance during menopause, book a consultation to discuss the options available to you (and there are many) 🤍✨
