✨ NAIL APPOINTMENT RULES ✨

Dear clients, please take a moment to read my booking policies before booking an appointment. 🤍

These rules are here to protect my time, my work and my small business, while ensuring that every client receives the best possible service. I always aim to provide a welcoming and professional experience, and I kindly ask that my policies are respected. Thank you for understanding! ♡

♡ 1. BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. • Your appointment is only confirmed once your deposit has been received. • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your appointment. • By booking an appointment, you agree to these policies.

♡ 2. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • If you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment. • If you cancel your appointment completely, your deposit will not be refunded. • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

Please be considerate of my time, as last-minute changes can be difficult to fill. Thank you for understanding. 🤍

♡ 3. LATENESS

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. • I allow a maximum of 10 minutes’ lateness. • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

Please plan ahead so I can give every client the time and attention they deserve.

♡ 4. APPOINTMENT ETIQUETTE

• Please attend your appointment alone. No extra guests or children are permitted. • Please keep your phone away during your appointment, except in emergencies. • Please arrive on time and be ready for your scheduled service.

These rules help me maintain a calm, comfortable and professional environment for everyone. ♡

♡ 5. 3-DAY NAIL GUARANTEE

• I offer a 3-day guarantee for issues directly related to my nail application. • Any lifting or product issues that may be related to my application must be reported within 3 days of your appointment. • Please contact me and provide a photo of the issue so I can assess it. • The guarantee does not cover damage caused by accidents, impact, biting, picking, pulling, improper handling or using your nails as tools. • Broken, chipped or damaged nails caused by accidental damage or improper handling are not covered by the guarantee. • Any repairs requested after the 3-day guarantee period will be charged accordingly.

♡ 6. NAIL ART, DESIGN & EXTRA CHARGES

• Prices vary depending on the design, nail length and complexity of the set. • Detailed nail art, extra length and additional services may incur extra charges. • Any broken, ripped or damaged nails requiring additional work due to improper handling will be charged separately. • Please let me know your desired design when booking so we can agree on the price and allow enough time for your appointment.
