There are lots of reasons why we can lose volume in our face, but I wanted to share a little of my own weight loss journey and what happened to mine.⁣

When I lost a significant amount of weight, I felt AMAZING. I felt healthier, had soooo much more energy and felt so much better in myself…⁣

And as someone who has lost a significant amount of weight myself, this is definitely something I’ve noticed. 🙋‍♀️⁣
