Thanks to everyone for their support!! Against the odds after suffering a hamstring injury and then for two weeks a bad back and training cut short I just about survived Newry Half Marathon on a scorcher of a day. Met up with another fellow runner and client before the start, James hope you had a great run and are still hanging together. ☀️ 🥵 🏃‍♂️
