Cutting dry and cutting wet aren’t the same skill. ✂️
Wet hair behaves predictably, it falls, it holds a line, it hides small inconsistencies until it dries. Dry hair doesn’t offer that safety net. Every angle, every point cut, every texture decision shows immediately.

You’re probably sharpening your scissors too often, or not enough. ✂️
There’s no universal rule here. It comes down to the steel, how much you’re cutting, and how the blade actually feels day to day.
