Giving this a go again. Tried this a few years ago and stopped, realising I wasn’t in the right headspace. It’s funny because I feel like I’m in a tricky time but also a really important time for getting into the nitty gritty. I feel ready to try again, to learn and challenge and fight hard to let go. I won’t go into the details but my own difficult experiences are my why. The reason I do what I do with nurture works. The skin care, the workshops, the essential oils, self care, one to ones, small groups, all of it, comes back to this. Because if I can do one thing to help someone have a better day or feel better about themselves then a little part of me heals with them. It’s selfless and selfish all wrapped up in one. Never be afraid to take up space, set those boundaries and if you don’t already know your worth, find it and live it, because when you do, life changes and magic happens ❤️

Why the happy face? This is the same happy face I get every time someone places an order with me 😁 I love using Neal’s Yard products in my workshops but it gives me so much joy when people discover how much they love the brand and want to start buying the products for themselves. Good old natural ingredients with no nonsense. Plus I love wrapping things up all lovely lol that’s all part of the fun! Fancy a try? Give me a shout. I’m obsessed with the skin care lol now I’m off to skip down to the post office 🥰

My new playground. I’m not gonna lie at times I feared I was about to star in my own horror movie because it was eerily quiet at times! My imagination was running away with itself. But the place is just beautiful, so many bees and butterflies and I could hear all kinds of birds. I didn’t manage to find the bird look out but I discovered on the way out that it was down a wee creepy path that I was too scared to venture alone 🤣 some other day lol

Loving life in the rain! ☔️ love having a wee organic pop up at the best of times but today I’m sharing a space with my wee chum! Great day so far regardless of the showers ☔️ here at Magheragall Parish Church until 4pm. Come see the baby goats!

Lots happening today at the Magheragall Parish Church spring fair. Craft stalls, lots of fun activities for children too. Food, ice cream, animals you name it. Come say hi!

Long term goals!

Sharing this because I genuinely hope this comes true for all of you! We are all fighting battles no one knows about. Love to anyone who constantly say ‘I’m ok’ even when you’re not.

It is ok not to be ok but you deserve to give yourself the love, time, compassion and effort you give to others.

Be kind to yourself, do nice things for you! Keep working on yourself, for yourself ❤️

Self care is so important and that’s why I do what I do. I love sharing my passion and knowledge when it comes to my self care workshops. Never underestimate the difference it can make when you invest in yourself.
