I'm Iona, a qualified holistic massage therapist, and I've recently relocated to **Bethesda, Gwynedd**.

I offer holistic, relaxation and deep tissue massage in a calm, welcoming home treatment space, tailoring every treatment to your individual needs. Whether you're looking to unwind after a long day, ease muscular tension from an active lifestyle or climbing, or simply take some time to recharge, my aim is to help you leave feeling more relaxed, balanced and at ease.

Before becoming a massage therapist, I trained and worked as a nurse, giving me in depth understanding of anatomy, physiology, complex conditions and person-centred care. I'm also beginning an MSc in Counselling, and I'm passionate about supporting wellbeing through compassionate, holistic care.

I'm delighted to have moved to the local area and look forward to welcoming new clients.
