Hope to see you there this Saturday 💕

Hi all
Next wellness walk will be Saturday 24th October I usually do a Sunday but will be a Saturday this month
Doing one of the routes in Nut wood raywell its about 3.5 miles and takes you also through woodland of the Raywell cafe & bistro where we can also get a cuppa at the end
As always everyone is welcome and parking is just opposite the nut wood entrance meet at the gate just across the road ( it is a busy road so be careful )

Hi ladies

I am just looking for a little feedback from all you ladies going though or worrying about Perimenopause/Menopause I am going to be working a little bit with the Menopaus’ull team soon and they already offer regular meet ups like the menopausal cafes and walk & talks
I am just asking for a bit of your time and thoughts as to whether you would prefer to attend a cafe meet up or a walk or a bit of both ? Or would you also prefer more of a social relaxed meet up in a bar on an evening maybe ?
