I am creating a WhatsApp group just for cancellations as it’s easier and fairer for everyone to grab any last-minute spaces.

To keep this running smoothly, i just ask:

• Please use the group only to reply to cancellations
• Try to avoid general chat so nothing gets missed
• Any unrelated messages may be removed to keep the group clear for everyone

Funny how it only takes a few seconds to book an appointment, but apparently it’s impossible to send a quick message to cancel. I’m more than understanding when life happens—things come up, I get it. But completely ignoring someone? That’s just poor manners. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

I’ll be replying to the rest of my messages later. I’ve worked through most of them, but between Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and TikTok, I’ve got 50+ messages to get through, so please bear with me.

If I can squeeze in a small appointment, I will. Otherwise, I’m fully booked until December… which is probably why ghosting your appointment isn’t the best way to stay on my client list. 😉
