Hello August 🌿✨

A new month, but this one feels a little extra special… the month Cait Alivia Wellness turns ONE 🥹🤍

A whole year of growth, taking chances, trusting my gut, meeting the most incredible souls and building something that means more to me than I could ever put into words.

So this month I’m manifesting growth, abundance, alignment & even more magic ✨

Here’s to celebrating how far we’ve come, being grateful for everything we already have, and staying open to everything that’s still on its way.

You’re all so used to seeing me in my comfy wellness clothes, talking about nervous systems, scalp health and slowing down… but on the weekend, I swapped that for getting glammed up to celebrate both my bestie’s sten do🥂🤍

Life is all about balance. Looking after yourself isn’t just about the quiet moments…it can also be belly laughs, dancing, celebrating the people you love and making memories you’ll never forget. Still not over the fact I’ve been honoured enough to be their bridesmaid 🥹✨

Safe to say my social battery has now been fully used up… so it’s back to my favourite place, creating calm with you all 🌿✨

Stepping out of my comfort zone and adding something completely new to CAW felt exciting… and a little scary. But seeing these beautiful results and the smiles on my clients’ faces has reminded me why I love learning and growing.

I’m nowhere near finished learning, and I never want to be. Every appointment teaches me something new, and every client helps me become better than I was yesterday.
