The good, the bad, the ugly.
I reflected on it all.

For most of my life, I was incredibly hard on myself.

I noticed everything from a young age.

❤️‍🩹The body hair that made me feel embarrassed.🙈
❤️‍🩹The skin breakouts that knocked my confidence.
❤️‍🩹The thoughts I carried around that told me that I wasn’t quite good enough.

I spent years focusing on my flaws instead of appreciating all that was already good about me.

It’s like there was always something that needed ”fixing”

But I’ve learned over the years that confidence doesn’t come from waking up one day and magically loving yourself.

It comes from keeping the promises you make to yourself.

It comes from deciding you’re worth the time, effort and investment.

For me, that looked like finally tackling the things that genuinely bothered me.

None of these things changed who I am.

But they helped me become more of who I was always meant to be.

Now I help other women get their confidence back by not just treating what’s showing up externally on their skin, but also helping them let go of what’s weighing them down internally too.
