We’re excited to introduce Reiki Healing to Moseley Haven, available every Thursday with a highly experienced practitioner who brings many years of experience in holistic wellbeing, Reiki and massage.

Reiki is a gentle, energy-based practice designed to encourage deep relaxation and a sense of calm and balance. It offers an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life, quieten the mind and simply take some time for yourself.

You can choose from two beautiful experiences:

✨ Reiki Healing | 45 minutes — £60
A deeply relaxing standalone Reiki treatment, perfect for those looking to slow down, switch off and experience a peaceful moment of stillness and reconnection.

✨ Reiki & Massage Ritual | 60 minutes — £80
A restorative combination of Reiki and soothing massage, bringing together physical relaxation with the calming practice of Reiki for a nurturing mind-and-body experience.

Whether you’re already familiar with Reiki or experiencing it for the very first time, you’ll be welcomed into a calm, supportive space where you can simply rest and receive.
