Trap Tox: Let's clear up a few misconceptions
One of the biggest is that trapezius Botox is purely cosmetic.
Another is that it somehow leaves your shoulders "weak" or paralysed.
Neither is true.
Which is exactly why who you get your information from matters.
In this final video, Dr Farmah explains why choosing the right practitioner and clinic is just as important as choosing the right treatment.

Trap Tox...but not for the reason you might think
Social media has given trapezius Botox a memorable nickname (Barbie Tox) because of the effect it can have on the neck and shoulder line.
But that's only part of the story.
For many patients, the real appeal is that relaxing overactive trapezius muscles can also help relieve neck and shoulder tension and even trapezius-related headaches.
In this video, Dr Farmah explains how one treatment can offer both therapeutic and aesthetic benefits.

Natural takes good judgement
The best results don't come from using more and more product.
They come from understanding your face first, then choosing the right treatment.
That's the difference between simply providing treatments and making clinical decisions.

The ugly truth about these results…
We don't share posts like this to criticise.
We share them because poor aesthetic work can happen to anyone, and recognising it can help you make safer, better-informed choices.
The problem with all of these results is that the aesthetic work distorts - not enhances - the face.
And, unfortunately, over-inflated and overdone results are being normalised on social media every day.
So, it’s time to reset and choose a practitioner who treats your face according to proportion and balance, not trends.

When did this become normal? 🤔
One thing social media does brilliantly is shift our idea of what's "normal".
The more often we see overfilled or distorted results, the easier they are to accept as just part of aesthetics.
They aren't (or at least they shouldn’t be).
People should never notice the treatment before they notice you.
📩 If you're looking for subtle, natural results that still look like you, book a consultation and let's talk.

Your skin can be overactive too. This helps 🎯
For the right patient, this treatment goes further than improving the skin’s appearance.
It can help reduce some of the overactivity that’s actually behind persistent redness, excess oil & sweating, while also supporting hydration and skin quality.
It's a different approach to injectable skin treatment, because the focus is on how the skin behaves, not simply how it looks.
📩 If your skin keeps flaring up despite your best efforts, book a consultation with Dr Farmah for a proper assessment.

For skin that never seems to settle 🎢
Living with reactive skin can be exhausting.
…Redness may fade and return. Products that seemed fine last week suddenly irritate you. And a flare-up can appear when you haven’t changed anything at all!
For the right patient, NCTF and Botox used together can help make skin calmer and more predictable.
And that’s a really significant result when you’ve spent years feeling that your skin is in charge.
📩 If you're tired of never knowing what your skin is going to do next, book a consultation for a proper assessment.

Your face. Better skin 🥰
When people hear "Botox", they often think of frozen foreheads. And when they hear "injectables", they often think of adding volume.
This treatment does neither.
Instead, it's designed to improve skin quality by helping skin feel calmer, healthier & better hydrated, while keeping your natural features exactly as they are.
It's a different way of thinking about injectables. Not changing your face, improving the skin you're in.
📩 If better skin quality sounds good to you, book a consultation with Dr Farmah to discuss whether this treatment is the right fit.
