The biggest difference can be seen in the upper part of the glutes, where the muscles have been activated and lifted through EMS.
This is why muscle stimulation is such a popular treatment for clients wanting to enhance shape and definition without spending hours in the gym.

Helping people feel more confident in their own skin will always be my favourite part of what I do.
Some people see results faster than others, and it isn’t always because they’re doing more.
Factors like lifestyle, consistency, hydration, stress levels, previous treatments and individual body composition can all play a role.
That’s why every treatment plan should be tailored to the person, not copied from someone else’s journey.

CASE STUDY #2
One of the biggest misconceptions about body contouring is that every area responds at the same rate.
In this case, one flank showed visible improvement after just 2 sessions, while the opposite side took closer to 5 sessions before significant changes became noticeable.
Interestingly, this client showed me photos from a lower body weight where this area was still present, suggesting it had been a stubborn concern for quite some time.
The body doesn’t always change evenly, and that’s completely normal.
This is why I encourage clients to focus on consistency, realistic expectations, hydration, movement and patience throughout their treatment plan.
The goal isn’t perfection overnight. The goal is gradual, sustainable improvement.
