Microneedling is one of the best treatments to start in your 20s as it helps stimulate collagen production — something our skin naturally begins to lose as we age.
From our mid-twenties, we lose around 1% of collagen each year. By the age of 50, many individuals have lost 25–50% of their collagen, with the loss increasing further during menopause.
