It seems like it’s been forever, and in reality it has. I’ve had messages asking if I’m still working, and of course!!!! I’d never stop!

I am so pleased to say I feel heaps better now and I’m back to work on Thursday. I am very aware I have 3 months of back logs 😭 but I will promise to get you all in.

Sadly I am going to have to become more stringent with deposits, not only for New customers, but for all yearly top ups for my regulars too.

This week has been an absolute joke for cancellations, and every other person I’ve spoken to in either the beauty, aesthetics or hairdressing industry have been in exactly the same boat this “half term”.

By all means I totally understand things happen, and any client of mine knows I am such an understanding person albeit ditsy and forgetful myself!!!! No one’s perfect! ☺️ but this is my business, this isn’t a second income for me, this is my main wage. The amount of money I’ve lost this week is ridiculous…l. If you can’t make your appt give me time to fill it.

So to that end,

New set of brows require a £50 non refundable deposit.

Yearly top ups require a £25 non refundable deposit if cancelled less than 48hrs notice.
