A £10 deposit is required to secure every appointment, including any special offers.

Please make sure you read my cancellation policy, which is pinned at the top of my page. If the policy isn't followed, your appointment will not be secured, and I won't be able to rebook you.

I know hair and beauty can look like a glamorous job, but behind the scenes we're self-employed. When clients cancel at the last minute or don't turn up, it's not just an empty appointment it's income that can't usually be replaced.

Unlike many jobs, we don't receive sick pay, holiday pay, or a guaranteed monthly wage. If we don't work, we don't get paid. We still have salon costs, products, insurance, bills, and other business expenses to cover, whether clients attend or not.

My policies aren't there to be difficultbthey're there to protect my business and ensure I can continue providing the best service to all of my lovely clients.

Thank you so much to everyone who supports my small business, respects my time, and understands my policies. Your loyalty and kindness never go unnoticed, and I'm so grateful for every single one of you. 💕

💔 A little update from me...

I've had to make the difficult decision not to take on any new massage clients during the rest of July.

Unfortunately, I've injured my shoulder, and to make sure it heals properly, I need to give it the rest it deserves. This wasn't an easy decision, but I know it's the right one so I can continue providing the best massages to my clients.

Thank you so much for your understanding, patience, and continued support. It truly means the world to me.

I look forward to welcoming new clients again once I'm fully recovered. 💆‍♀️✨
