The Sap is Rising!

The sap is rising in the plants, pushing to the light.
The weather’s slowly changing, the days are sharp and bright.
Out there in the garden, Natures putting on her robe,
And the trucks are rolling into towns, right around the globe!

This year we’ll see some difference, these things we will arrange,
The story that they wanted written, is just about to change.
The people stand in unity, strong and tall and proud.
Our voices tell the truth, as one we’re very loud.

They hoped our Light, was getting dimmer,
But it’s their light that is fading, fading to a glimmer.
We’ll keep on pushing forward, seeking truth and right!
Spreading smiles and laughter, and Love, with all our might!

For fear is what they wanted, foretelling death and misery.
But we will show them Love, and fight for liberty!
And so, the sap is rising, not only in the plants.
A whole new world is out there, let’s give it half a chance!

A gathering of momentum, lets shout out from the steeple.
Its time the truth was heard, one voice, from We the People!
Just as trees break into bud, and flowers do appear,
You cannot stop what’s meant to be, as we break away from fear!

The trucks are rolling into town, with support from all the masses,
And they’ve gone into hiding, trying to cover their asses!
The tide is turning fast, the Lion is awaking,
They hide inside their Ivory towers, as in their boots they’re shaking!

Just as Nature forges on, and to the light, leaves grow,
Freedom from control, is something we will know.
Let’s keep this moving forward, all around the land,
And know that Nature’s with us, giving us a hand!

As the branches forge ahead, and grow into the light,
So too, will Humanity, let’s keep the truth in sight.
Although the twigs grow different ways, each will play a part,
Of taking in the light, and feeding it back to the heart.

The tree needs all its parts, not just leaves and shoots,
It needs support from branches, to feed back to the roots.
We all have different jobs, to enable life to grow,
We may not be the same, but we must stay in the flow!

As in ancient Asgaard, the legendary Tree of Life,
Will hold up all Humanity, Love will be quite rife!
For Nature is within us, She always overcomes
Whatever life throws at her, She never really succumbs.

So, take a leaf from Nature, we all must work as one,
And keep on pushing forward, a new journey has begun!
Let’s keep the sap arising, and keep heading for the light,
And know, with Love and Peace, WE will win this fight!
