We want all of our clients to feel welcome, valued and looked after, and we pride ourselves on creating a professional and friendly environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

However, we also have a responsibility to protect and support our team. Every girl within our salon works hard, dedicates her time to her clients and relies on her appointments as her income. Our cancellation policies are in place for a reason, and they are there to be respected.

We completely understand that things happen, plans change and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. What we will not tolerate is our team being questioned, spoken to disrespectfully or made to feel uncomfortable for upholding their own policies. This applies to all communication, whether in person, over the phone or via message.

Please remember that behind every appointment is a self-employed professional, a business and a livelihood. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows can mean hours of lost income that cannot always be recovered.

We will always encourage kindness, understanding and mutual respect, and we expect the same courtesy to be shown to every member of our team.

Thank you to all our lovely, loyal clients who continue to support us, respect our policies and appreciate the girls as much as we do. It genuinely means so much to us. 🤎
