Primarily because the UV light stimulates the release of endorphins and serotonin, often referred to as “feel-good” hormones. Many customers feel more relaxed, energized, and confident after a session, particularly during winter months when natural sunlight is limited ☀️

☀️5 TOP TIPS EVERY SUNBED BEGINNER NEEDS TO KNOW
If you’re new to sunbeds, read this first☀️ ⬇️

👓 1. Always wear protective goggles
Closing your eyes is NOT enough. UV rays can still damage them – protect your vision every time.

⏳ 2. Leave at least 48 hours between sessions
Your skin needs time to develop and recover. More is not better – consistency is key.

💄 3. Skip the makeup
Makeup can block an even tan and clog pores, which may lead to breakouts. Clean skin = better results.

⏱️4. Keep your first session short...
Between 3-5 minutes is a good amount to avoid burning or overexposure.

♨️5. Don’t use tingle cream if you are new to sunbeds!
Tingle creams are intense and can irritate sensitive skin.
