One of my clients Dillan Berrie has competed in the IBJJF PAN AMS competition in Kissimmee Florida and had over 4000 athletes compete across the belts.

Dillan received a bronze medal for joint 3rd place. Due to injury will be out for a little while but is working on the injury for a speedy recovery.

Part of my reasoning for doing a sports massage level 5 course is that I aim to learn about neurological conditions so I can find ways through massage to help my clients with any of these issues to reduce pain and improve lifestyles.

Just got my Manual Lymphatic Drainage certificate so I can now practise.
The lymphatic system plays a huge role in our immunity.
MLD can- Clear waste and toxins within the body
- Aid in nutrient transportation
- Increase metabolic efficiency
- Relieves stress, anxiety, mild depression and tension etc

Just graduated and achieved my Sports Massage Therapy level 4 certificate. I did this course because I want to gain more skills and knowledge so that I can find more ways to help my clients.

So I’ve started my sports massage therapy level 5 course at St Helens college. I’m doing this course because I’m looking at gaining knowledge at a high level and look at various ways to help my clients.

Moving forward I am now offering £5 off for any sports massage treatment for NHS staff members.
If I am shown a verified NHS photo ID before treatment then the discount will be applied.
