Due to a no-show, I now have a 3-hour appointment available this morning.

A little reminder of why no-shows have such a big impact on small businesses. When an appointment is missed without notice, someone else who has been waiting for a space could have had that time. My diary fills up quickly, so it’s often difficult to fit everyone in.

Unfortunately, when an appointment is missed, that time can’t usually be filled at such short notice. I don’t get paid, but I still have business costs and bills to cover during those hours.

Thank you so much to everyone who gives plenty of notice if they need to cancel or rearrange – it really does make a huge difference. ❤️
