There has been some confusion lately with regards to the salon. So I'd like to just address this...

I am not the salon owner.
Quite a few of you have asked or assumed because I'm here a lot but that's not the case.
I rent a space for my nail desk and a small room for beauty.
The salon landline is not for my business. I prefer to keep this separate (you have my WhatsApp number) as I simply don't have time to answer calls that are not for me. All clients have my undivided attention when with me, so I wouldn't answer anyway.
If you arrive and you're hoping to see Katie or Louise and they're not here, this is out of my control and nothing to do with me.
I work more days and hours than the others and therefore the salon is open often. However, the person you wish to see still may not be in. I can only advise when I think they're available based on what I'm told.
I don't have access to their diaries as we're all self employed. If you wish to discuss appointments with them, please do so directly.
If you arrive early for an appointment with them and they're not here, again, I don't know anything about it. Your appointment is with them and I'm just as clueless as you.
I will just ask you to take a seat and wait for their arrival.
Messaging me about the others' businesses, unfortunately, still won't get you answers.
I don't look at messages etc while I'm with a client so this could delay a response stating this anyway.
My own clients will always take priority, and I'm struggling to keep up my messages already, so any extras that are not for me may not get a reply at all.

I am so incredibly grateful for the amount of support I've had since moving here. New bookings, likes, comments, shares, recommendations... I see them all and I can't thank you enough.
I'm totally "landed" 😉
