As many of you know, I’m always investing in my education, using professional-quality products, and taking the time to create beautiful, personalised results for every client who sits in my chair.

Over the next few months, I’ll be gradually updating my pricing to better reflect the level of service, experience, and care that goes into every appointment. Rather than making one large increase, I’ll be introducing these changes gradually, giving everyone plenty of notice along the way.

My goal has always been to provide a luxury, relaxed experience and hair that not only looks amazing when you leave the salon but continues to make you feel confident long after your appointment.

I’m so grateful for every one of you who has supported my business, recommended me, and trusted me with your hair. Your loyalty means everything, and I can’t wait to continue creating beautiful hair for you.

I’ve had a cancellation policy in place for the last few years; however, I’m extremely bad at enforcing it and rarely ask clients to pay a cancellation or no-show fee. Due to a rise in last-minute cancellations and clients not showing up for their appointments, I will be applying this policy more consistently moving forward.

We are also back to using an online diary and will be taking contact numbers from clients so that appointment reminder texts can be sent out to help prevent appointments being forgotten.

Just a little reminder of my cancellation policy:

• Cancellations with 24 hours’ notice or less will require 50% of the appointment cost to be paid.

• No-shows will be required to pay the full appointment fee before booking in again.

I completely understand that things happen, ladies, and I will always be understanding where possible. However, if you do need to cancel, please give as much notice as you can.
