YOUR FEET MAY BE TELLING YOU MORE THAN YOU THINK… 👣
One of the things I love most about holistic treatments is that I never just see a pair of feet.
I see the whole person. 💚
Whilst treating a client yesterday with a holistic pedicure, I noticed an area of dry skin and a crease in the foot (see photo)
From a reflexology perspective, this area is the Thyroid reflex.
Changes in this area can reflect an area of imbalance within the body.
The thyroid plays an important role in hormone regulation, so it was something I felt was worth bringing to my client’s attention.
With her permission, I photographed the area and talked her through my observations.
She had been feeling extremely tired of late and had only this week asked for blood work.
For me, this is what true holistic care is about.
It’s about looking beyond the obvious, using my knowledge and experience, noticing the little details.
When you come to me, I look after the person in front of me, holistically. 🌿
I don’t just carry out a treatment and send you on your way.
I take the time to look at YOU .
listening, observing and adapting.
My knowledge goes into every treatment I provide.

The gentle movements of facial massage help to relax facial tension, while gua sha adds an extra soothing touch to help encourage circulation and reduce the appearance of puffiness. 💆♀️
