Bolton Hospice STEPtember challenge complete 💪🏻🤩
Massive thank you to everyone who kindly donated to support this amazing charity.
Nanny Lynda would have loved me doing this little challenge and laughed a lot at me walking round in circles some days to get the steps in 😂 it’s also amazing how many steps you actually do on the yard in a day when you count them 👣 🐴 !!

Over the past 12 months I’ve been a part of one of the biggest transformations I’ve seen in all the horses I’ve worked with.
And why the big transformation?
Because Mabel is listened to, shown love, patience and understanding and given all the help she needed to thrive.
Mabel has been on one heck a journey of discovery with her owners and her quirky ways, funny personality but with the determination of all those who love her, she really has made incredible progress. I remember the days when I couldn’t lift her legs or touch her hind end without nearly getting flattened 😂
She’s taught me a lot along the way and helped me to help many other horses just like her. I love hearing the stories about the funny things she does but also cheering her on when she does something amazing!!
Don’t ever change Mabel, you’ll always be that horse that gives everyone a giggle and a smile ❤️

Wow! Wow! Wow! 🤩
I was absolutely blown away to have been chosen as a finalist for the Pet Industry Business Awards - PIBA earlier this year and now Equi-Flex has also been chosen as a finalist for the Animal Star Awards too! Some seriously leaky eyes going on over here right now!! 🥹
Huge thank you to everyone who has made this happen but an even bigger thank you to my clients and their horses. These awards aren’t about me, they are about our Equi-Flex family, who work together to help your horses be the best they can be 🐴❤️ I wouldn’t be where I am today without you all and I am feeling so grateful and so lucky to be surrounded by amazing and supportive people 🥰
“Confident” “Radiant” and “Ready to Shine” the beautiful Pippa 🥰
I’ve been working with Pippa and Janet for nearly a year now and the bond they have is so special. One of my faves things about this job is meeting fellow horsey lovers who want the best for their fur babies ❤️🫶🏻
Pelvic tilt stretches are a technique I’m quite selective with how and when I use it but it does have beneficial outcomes when used appropriately.
Grace was presenting with restrictions and fascial tension through the lumbar and sacral spine. After some initial fascial release and spinal mobilisation work, the purpose of its use for Gracie:
🐴 Easing lower back tension through the lumbosacral junction
🐴 Increasing flexibility in the sacral region, lumbar spine, and hindlimbs
We saw some great outcomes from this stretch/release and after the session Gracie showed us a beautiful pandiculation stretch 👌
