Okay...Masseter treatment isn't inherently 'good" or "bad", it's about patient selection. Your skin laxity, facial volume. bone structure, muscle size, age, and existing support all play a role in how your lower face will respond.

Could slimming the masseter make existing jowling more noticeable in certain patients? Absolutely. Does that mean every 25-year-old treating their masseters is destined for jowls? No!!

This is exactly why I assess the whole face before recommending a treatment. Because we're not treating trends around here.
