I often get told I’m ‘𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘧𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘖𝘯 𝘊𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘢’ 👀🎥🎭 𝗕𝗨𝗧 the truth is, there’s no magic wand 🪄 to make content perfect on the first take!

Sometimes it looks a little more like…

🔥 Frizzy hair checks because apparently 30°C heat was the perfect time to film☀️💦
🫣 The occasional unfortunate profanity ❌😂
🎭 Forgetting my own words approximately 284 times ..

𝗧𝗘𝗟𝗢𝗚𝗘𝗡 𝗘𝗙𝗙𝗟𝗨𝗩𝗜𝗨𝗠 (Yes sound like something straight out of Harry Potter) ✨🪄 is a trauma-induced & temporary, hair shedding that occurs after a period of significant stress.

The shock causes a large number of hair follicles to enter their resting phase prematurely, leading to noticeable hair loss 😣

𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗞𝗙𝗨𝗟𝗟𝗬 it’s reversible (Just 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 at all that cute new hair I grew) 😍

Hair natural regrows within about 6 months .. But of course as a woman who also needs to face her camera for business content this was 𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗗‼️

𝗘𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧 𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗛𝗦 my hair was left to regrow as much as she could without a colour refresh 😮‍💨😅😳 & that 𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗧 𝗡𝗢 𝗝𝗢𝗞𝗘 for a girly in her blondie era let me tell ya 😂🥵

✅ If you’ve had sun exposure on the areas being treated ~ Reschedule your appointments! (48hrs in advance)
✅ Wear a HIGH SPF ~ For areas we can’t cover like face!
✅ Cover the areas being treated ~ Legs for example! (There’s still plenty of beautiful summer clothes that keep your skin protected)
