Postpartum recovery has humbled me in ways I never expected 🤍

Healing hasn’t been about “bouncing back”, it’s been about slowing down, nourishing my body, learning patience and giving myself grace. Some days feel strong, some days feel hard and I’m learning both can exist at once.
