The way I will be communicating with you all regarding appointments is changing.

90% of my interactions are now on Instagram and I don’t get much out of Facebook these days but realise that not everyone has Instagram.

I’ve decided that the most simple way to communicate about appointments is through email. This way, they are all in one space and are easier for me to manage.

For any booking enquiries or changes to existing apps, whether you’re an existing client or not, from now please use the contact button on Facebook and it will direct you to the salon email address.

SKIN TESTING

Please make sure you have your skin test at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Next week I am not in on Wednesday so if your appointment is Friday, you will need to come in by end of day Tuesday.

A skin test is your responsibility and failure to attend for one will result in your appointment being cancelled and rescheduled.

You have had Covid

It has been longer than 6 months since I last coloured your hair.

Please pop in anytime but message ahead to confirm I am there.

- Haven’t had your hair coloured by me in the last 6 months before your appointment date

- Have used a box colour this lockdown

- Have had Covid 19

- Have had the Covid 19 vaccine

Contracting Covid-19 and the Covid-19 vaccination is classed as a medical change.

The above changes may impact your risk level of having a reaction to hair colour.

A skin test is your responsibility and failure to have the required test will result in your appointment being cancelled.

You can pop in to the salon anytime during opening hours but please message ahead to let me know prior to turning up so I can confirm this with you.
