A little update from me & bump 🤎

Following doctors’ orders, I’ll be stepping away from behind the chair earlier than planned, with my last day being 10th October.

With SPD and anaemia, I’ve reached the point where I need to listen to my body. As many of you know, I’ve already had to move appointments, and I’ll now be having extra appointments, blood tests and physio throughout my pregnancy.

This has been an incredibly hard decision. My life has revolved around my clients and the salon for so many years, so stepping away earlier than planned is not a decision I’ve taken lightly.

But I’m not disappearing. 🤎

All of my appointments are being moved to our amazing stylists Sophie or Stephanie, who we hand-picked for the salon. I’ve personally matched each client with the stylist I feel is best suited to them, and I trust them completely.

I’ll still be in the salon working behind the scenes and available for all colour, cut and consultation queries, so I’ll still be very much involved.

We have a few remaining appointments to contact and move — if you haven’t heard from us yet, we’ll be in touch very soon.

And if you’re looking to book for the rest of the year, now is the time. Sophie and Stephanie’s diaries are already extremely busy, with very limited availability heading into Christmas.

Thank you for all of your love, patience and understanding. Now it’s time for me to look after myself and our little bump. 🤎

MEET STEPHANIE ✂️

We’re so excited to officially welcome Stephanie to the Jade Chapman Collection team.

With 20+ years of experience in the hair industry, Stephanie joins us with an incredible depth of knowledge across cutting, colouring, styling and hair care. Originally from London, she also has a particular love for creative colour and alternative styles, alongside all aspects of modern hairdressing.

Stephanie will be working:

Monday • Tuesday • Thursday • Friday
Every other Saturday

And this is a particularly important addition to our team as we head into the next chapter of the salon…

Stephanie will be helping to take over Jade’s diary, looking after many of Jade’s existing clients while also welcoming new clients of her own.

We know handing your hair over to somebody new can feel like a big change, which is exactly why we’ve been so particular about finding someone with the experience, confidence and knowledge to join the team.

With over two decades behind the chair, we have a feeling Stephanie’s diary is going to fill very quickly.
