Client: “I’d like to cut my hair to 1cm.”

Us: “Okay… 1cm off?”

Client: “No… 1cm left.”

Episode 1 was already chaotic.

The reason?

She was over it.
The roots.
The brassieness.
The box dye.
The endless colouring th roots and all over .
She’d accepted her fate. With the greys hair .

The pixie cut was happening.

We also thought about not cutting all the hair off and go in a completely different direction. For example we can recommend colouring service to a more natural look , but we can not guarantee anything 100% , in this case ..

So before we start did a consultation and there was info we already was awear of that she didnt like hairdressers and she did colour at home…

So the big question

“What have you been colouring it with?”

“Box dye.”

“Okay…”
