Our lovely colleague Gemma is running this great event on Wednesday 9th September at 9.30am 💕 It’s a relaxed, welcoming space to have a cuppa and cake 🧁 would be great if you could join her ☺️
Good morning!
To mark the start of my new chapter at Brackley Wellbeing Centre Ltd, I’m hosting a relaxed morning of coffee, cake and conversation for parents and expectant parents. This will be on Wednesday 9th September at 09:30am. We are opposite the town park so perfect to come along, have a chat and then head to the park for a play with your children.
Our first conversation will be around The Mental Load of Parenthood - the thinking, planning and remembering that keeps family life going. And because who hasn’t felt like there are 47 tabs open in their head?!
There’s no pressure to share or any expectations. Just time for a cuppa, cake and a chance to pause and meet other parents.
It’s completely free, but places are limited.

We are looking forward to welcoming lovely Lisa back to our centre after her 2 week holiday ☺️ We have missed hearing her giggle, sending us funny memes & smelling the gorgeous aromas that come from her room 🩷
After two weeks on holiday I’m back and looking forward to seeing al my lovely clients again. I can’t wait to welcome you back into the treatment room to help you relax, unwind and feel your best. See you soon! 😀

We are happy to share that from September the lovely Gemma will be joining our team at Brackley Wellbeing Centre 🎉🎉🎉
🌟 Gemma offers face to face counselling as well as online and walk and talk appointments.
🌟 Sees clients aged 18+
🌟 Gemma, is a counsellor with a particular interest in supporting parents, caregivers and expectant parents.
🌟 She believes therapy should be a collaborative, honest and tailored space, where you can work together towards your goals, whatever they might be.
🌟 You might be looking to feel more able to cope with life’s challenges, navigate a difficult time such as baby loss, manage the mental load of parenting or simply have a space where you feel heard and understood. Therapy isn’t about giving you the answers but about working together to move towards the kind of life you’d like to live.
