💔 Dear Clients,

I never imagined I would have to write a post like this.

What happened?

First of all, I would like to sincerely apologise to everyone who had an appointment with me over the past few days, as well as to those who have tried to contact me. I am truly sorry that I wasn’t able to let you know sooner and that I haven’t been replying to messages or answering phone calls.

Since Thursday, I have spent several days in hospital after suffering a fractured bone in my foot. Everything happened so suddenly that I simply wasn’t in a position to update anyone or explain what was happening.

A temporary break from work

Unfortunately, following my doctors’ advice, I am unable to work for the next 6–8 weeks. I am currently taking very strong pain medication which helps control the pain, but it also affects my concentration and makes even the simplest daily tasks extremely difficult.

I am heartbroken by this situation. My work and every appointment with you mean so much to me, which is why having to cancel appointments and temporarily close the salon has been incredibly difficult to accept.

What upsets me the most is knowing that I have let down people who placed their trust in me. I understand that many of you had been waiting for your appointments and had planned them well in advance, and I am deeply sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

I kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this difficult time. As soon as I start feeling a little better and am able to manage things more easily, I will personally get back to everyone who has tried to contact me. I will respond to all messages and do my very best to find the best solution for each of you.

Thank you so much for your kindness, support and understanding. I truly hope to recover well and return to doing what I love most as soon as possible.
