PAYMENTS

Due to me having to chase people for payments and to be told they will do it and still waiting I will now request payment before I leave.

Getting rather fed up with it now wouldn’t do it in a salon or shop so why people think they can do it to me!!

Thank you to all my lovely clients who voted for me I was so shocked to see i only went and won!!

I’ve been self employed 5/6 years and it’s been hell of a rollercoaster but I’m proud of how far I’ve come with my little business and couldn’t of done it without all my clients so I want to thank you for all your loyalty and support of these years.

Good afternoon all,

I’m sorry to rant but I’ve said time and time again about cancellations!!
I’ve had a fair few cancellations the past few weeks I understand things crop up appointments, falling poorly etc but please let me know in plenty of time!
My policy is if you cancel within the 24hr period of your appointment I will charge you full for your appointment as this is my only source of income and without working I don’t get paid..

I’ve been promised I will be paid from missed appointments and still not received anything,ignored messages regarding upcoming appointments then no show..

I’m actually thinking long and hard about my buisness as the way I’m feeling right now I want to just give it all up as I can’t go on like this no more it’s not fair.

I’m sorry for the rant people but please be mindful with your appointments as I could offer the appointment to someone else who is waiting if I’m told in advance.

Price increase notice!!

As of may 1st there will be a small increase in the price of all of my treatments.
Due to the cost of everything going up fuel, stock etc I have no other choice to do this.

Im sorry to have a rant but if you do not have the money on the day of your appointment I will NOT carry out the service of your appointment!

This is my buisness and only source of income, I should not have to chase people for their payment or people telling me I will have to pay you next time I have my hair done.

Good afternoon all,
I’ve got a couple of appointments left for next week then fully booked until after Christmas.

As of January 2026 I will be cutting my evenings down as I’m finding it too much working most evenings.

I will be working 2 evenings one week then 3 the following week and to keep that rotation going.

If you do require evening bookings please book in advance.
