These before and after photos are just 7 weeks apart, and I’m so proud of this amazing progress!

When we started, the nails were bitten right down, the skin around them was sore and damaged, and there was very little free edge to work with. Instead of focusing on length, we focused on breaking the nail-biting habit, protecting the natural nails, and creating the perfect foundation for healthy growth.

Using a Russian manicure to carefully clean and refine the cuticles, combined with a hard gel overlay to protect and strengthen the natural nails, we gave them the support they needed to grow without breaking or being bitten.

Fast forward 7 weeks:
