I never like bringing negativity to my page, but I feel this needs to be said.

Please remember my 24-hour cancellation policy is there to protect my business. Lately, I’ve had clients cancelling last minute, removing or blocking their cards to avoid the cancellation fee, and some even work within the beauty industry, which makes it even more disappointing as they understand how much this affects a small business.

Going forward, if you have an unpaid cancellation fee or have cancelled more than 3 appointments, you won’t be able to book any further appointments until the outstanding balance has been paid.

I hate charging cancellation fees, but I also can’t afford to lose income from appointments that can’t be filled. Thank you to everyone who respects my time and supports my business. 🤍

Planning a wax? Please keep these aftercare tips in mind:

• 🔥 Freshly waxed skin is more sensitive and can burn much more easily in the sun.
• 🌞 Heat and UV exposure can cause irritation, redness, inflammation, and discomfort.
• 🎨 Sun exposure after waxing can increase the risk of pigmentation (dark spots) on the treated area.
• 💦 Avoid sunbathing, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, and intense exercise for at least 24–48 hours after your appointment.
• 💛 Protect your skin with loose clothing and SPF (once your skin has settled) to help it heal beautifully.

Your skin deserves a little extra care after waxing—protect it, and you’ll get the best results! ✨
