‼️ Cancellation & No Shows Policy ‼️

Due to the increase of last minute cancellations and no shows over the last couple of weeks, there is now a cancellation & no show policy in place with immediate effect.

This is to protect myself and my business, as well as providing a better service to my Clients who are on the waiting list. No shows and last minute cancellations can have a significant impact to my business.

If you are unable to make an appointment, please message or call me asap so I can reschedule and allocate the appointment to another Client 💜

• A minimum of 48 hours is required for any cancellations, anything after this will require a 25% charge of the booked treatment(s).

• Same day cancellations and no show appointments will require a 50% charge of the treatment(s) before the next pre-booked appointment or making another appointment.

I hope you all understand my reasoning behind this! Thank you all for your continued support, I really appreciate it 💜
