Expert Skin Advice, Wherever You Are

You don’t have to visit the clinic to receive personalised, professional skincare advice.

Whether you live too far away to attend in person, have a busy schedule, are too nervous or anxious to attend in person or simply prefer the convenience of a virtual appointment, my online skin consultations are designed to give you the same thorough, evidence-based approach from the comfort of your own home.

Before your appointment, you’ll receive an e-consult form to complete, along with guidance on taking and submitting photographs of your skin. This gives me the information I need to fully understand your concerns before we meet virtually.

During your consultation, we’ll take the time to discuss your skin concerns, medical history, lifestyle, current skincare routine and treatment goals in depth. You’ll receive tailored recommendations and a personalised treatment plan to help you achieve healthier, more confident skin - all without needing to travel.

Any recommended skincare products can be delivered directly to your door, with next-day delivery available on many orders, making it quick and easy to get started.

Expert skincare advice has never been more accessible, wherever you’re based.

Seborrhoeic Keratosis Removal with CryoPen UK

These may be harmless, but that doesn’t mean they’re not frustrating.

Seborrhoeic keratosis are often raised, rough and textured, meaning you can constantly feel them catching on clothing or rubbing against your skin.

For many people, it’s that persistent awareness (not just how they look) that makes them so annoying.

This before and after shows the results following CryoPen treatment on the abdomen, offering a simple, effective way to remove these unwanted skin lesions.

If you have a raised, textured lesion that’s bothering you, I’d be happy to assess whether it’s suitable for treatment.

Simply send me a message or email with some information and a clear photo for a quick guide, or book a consultation for a full decision and treatment plan.

If you’ve had a treatment recently, or your skin is feeling a little dry or dehydrated, the AlumierMD HydraRescue Biocellulose Mask is a great one to have at home.

These masks help to replenish hydration, calm the skin and support the skin barrier, which is so important for keeping your skin healthy between treatments and maintaining your results.

Each box contains 4 masks and they’re available to purchase in clinic or through my online portal.

You’ll find the links in my bio if you’d like to order yours. 🤍

Skin tags may be small, but for some people, they can become a real nuisance - particularly around the neck where they can catch on clothing, jewellery or simply become something you’d prefer to have treated.

In this video, I’m treating multiple skin tags using CryoPen - a precise, targeted cryotherapy treatment that works directly on the unwanted lesion while minimising impact on the surrounding healthy skin.

Every treatment begins with an assessment to ensure the lesion is suitable for treatment, and the number of sessions required can vary depending on the individual lesion.

If you have unwanted skin tags and would like to explore your treatment options, get in touch to book a consultation.

It’s called UVA and it plays a major role in how your skin ages☀️

Too much UVA exposure without SPF protection can cause cellular damage that contributes to premature skin ageing.

And not like a fine wine. More like a raisin. Never a good look 🍇

So, protect your skin:
☀️ Choose a zinc oxide-based SPF
⛱️ Seek shade regularly
🕶️ Wear hats, sunglasses and protective clothing

The skin-food connection you didn’t know you needed!

Skin health is influenced by multiple factors - and nutrition is an important part of the picture.

Adequate protein intake provides the amino acids required for tissue maintenance and repair, as well as the synthesis of structural proteins, including collagen and elastin, which contribute to the skin’s strength and elasticity.

Essential fatty acids, including omega-3 fatty acids, also play an important role in supporting cell membrane integrity and normal skin barrier function.

Dietary patterns matter, too. Consistently high intakes of refined and added sugars contribute to glycation - a process in which sugars react with proteins, leading to the formation of advanced glycation end products (AGEs). Over time, this process may affect structural proteins such as collagen and elastin and contribute to visible signs of skin ageing.

The focus should not be on restriction or dietary perfection, but on providing the body with the nutrients it requires to function optimally.

Prioritise adequate protein, essential fatty acids and a diverse range of nutrient-dense whole foods to support skin health as part of a balanced lifestyle.

Healthy skin is multifactorial. What we apply topically matters - but so does the nutritional environment we create from within.

✨ Save this post for your next food shop and use it as a reminder to nourish your skin from the inside out.
