I'm pleased to let you know that I've completed an approved course for Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage and can now offer this treatment for non medical conditions. It's a very gentle but targeted massage that helps reduce swelling caused by injury or following an operation. Call for more information.

I’ve had a few enquiries recently about Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), so I wanted to share a little update.

In June, I’ll be completing specialist training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage with Core Elements Training. This gentle technique is used to support circulation, reduce feelings of heaviness or puffiness, and promote overall wellbeing. Once I’m qualified, I’ll be able to offer MLD treatments as part of my massage services. For now, I continue to offer gentle, light‑pressure massage that supports relaxation and healthy circulation.

If you’ve noticed any new swelling in your limbs, changes in skin texture, or a feeling of heaviness or tightness, it’s always best to check in with your GP first, just to rule out anything that needs medical attention.

I’m really looking forward to adding MLD to my treatments and will share more updates closer to the time.
