Where do I go for my treatment when I visit the new clinic?

Up to 3pm – while Luna Coffee House is open

When you arrive, head inside Luna Coffee House. You’ll find the door to Alévie to the left of the coffee and food counter. Head through the door and upstairs to our clinic. We kindly ask you to close the door behind you.

If you’re a little early, you’re very welcome to enjoy a coffee downstairs first, or bring your drink upstairs and make yourself comfortable in our lounge. ☕🤍

We may still be with another client when you arrive, so if we don’t greet you straight away, simply take a seat in the lounge and we’ll come through to you as soon as we’re ready.

To keep Alévie calm and relaxing for everyone, we kindly ask that mobile phones are kept on silent while you’re in the lounge and treatment areas.

After 3pm – when Luna Coffee House is closed

The main door will be locked after 3pm. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment time, and we’ll come downstairs to let you in ready for your treatment.

We can’t wait to welcome you to Alévie. 🤍
