I’ve pinned this post so all current and new clients can easily see my updated policies.

I’m incredibly grateful for every one of you who supports Eliteextensions4u, but as a small home-based business I also need to protect my time, family and income. ❤️

✨ PLEASE NOTE:

📱 Please contact me through my Instagram or Facebook business pages only for all appointments and enquiries. I will no longer respond to business messages sent to my personal WhatsApp or phone.

⏰ Messages: I will not respond after 6pm Monday–Saturday. Messages will be answered the following day, within 24 hours.

💷 Deposits: A deposit is required for every appointment, including existing clients. Your appointment is not secured until payment is received.

⏰ Lateness: More than 20 minutes late means your appointment will be cancelled and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

❌ Cancellations: Less than 24 hours’ notice means the full appointment cost must be paid before rebooking, plus a new deposit.

❌ Less than 72 hours’ notice/no-show: Your deposit will be retained and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Repeated no-shows may result in future bookings being refused.

🌸 SUNDAYS: Sunday appointments are by arrangement only and have an additional £40 fee. Sundays are my family day, so I will not respond to messages or enquiries.

💇🏼‍♀️ NEW HAIR: New extension clients must attend an in-person consultation and colour match. I will no longer colour match over the phone or from photographs.

These boundaries aren’t because I don’t appreciate my clients — quite the opposite. ❤️ I want to give everyone the time and care they deserve while also having time for my family.
