✨ Fancying a change? ✨

Sadie’s lovely client decided she was ready for something different, a richer, deeper brunette that felt glossy, healthy and full of shine.

But going from blonde back to brunette isn’t as simple as just applying a darker colour…

When hair has been blonde for a long time, it often loses the underlying warmth needed to create a beautiful brunette result. Without replacing that warmth first, the colour can fade quickly or turn flat, dull or even khaki.

That’s why we always begin with a thorough consultation.

Together, Sadie and her client talked through her goals, maintenance, and the homecare needed. Especially with summer here, when sunshine, heat and extra washing can cause colour to fade more quickly.

To create the perfect result, Sadie first applied a toner to put warmth back into the hair. Once rinsed, her chosen brunette shade was carefully applied.

The result… absolutely stunning 🤎

Glossy. Rich. Shiny. Healthy.

Most importantly? She felt amazing.

If you’re thinking about going a change of colour or you're blonde or just need to protect your colour, aftercare matters too:

✨ Avoid washing for at least 72 hours
✨ Always use heat protection on wet and dry hair
✨ Rinse with cooler water where possible
✨ Reduce heat styling where you can

Sadie also recommended a pigmented mask to use between visits to refresh faded ends while deeply conditioning the hair.
