To help protect my business and the time I dedicate to every appointment, I have introduced a cancellation policy.

As a self-employed hairdresser, last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on my income and often leave me with appointments that cannot be filled at short notice. This policy has been put in place simply to help cover the loss of earnings and ensure I can continue providing the best possible service to all of my clients.

I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise, and I will always do my best to be fair and understanding where possible.

Thank you for respecting my time, supporting my small business, and understanding why this policy is necessary. Your support truly means the world to me, and I look forward to welcoming you to your next appointment. 🤍
