Just a little reminder that the school holidays are now in full swing, so our stylists are balancing childcare and some well-deserved annual leave over the summer.

As a result, we have limited availability throughout August, with just a few scattered appointments remaining.

If you’d like an appointment before September, please book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Our usual working hours will resume from September.

Just a quick update…

I’m getting booked up well in advance now, with my next available colour appointments currently in September/October, depending on the service you require.

Many of my lovely clients have already booked their next 2, 3, or even all of their appointments up until Christmas, which is amazing! If you’d like to stay on your preferred schedule, I’d really recommend booking your appointments in advance.

Just a heads-up—if you need to reschedule for any reason, there is currently around an 9-12 week wait for another appointment with me.

To make sure I can continue looking after my loyal regular clients, I’ve decided not to take on any new clients until after the New Year.

I also wanted to let you know that I will no longer be offering a senior citizen discount.

With the summer holidays approaching, please book ahead where possible. My team have annual leave planned and will be spending time with their children, so appointment availability will be more limited than usual.

Thank you all so much for keeping me and my team so busy. We really do appreciate your continued support and can’t wait to see you all in the salon!

Just a little reminder that the easiest and quickest way to book with us is online through our website.

As we’re often busy with clients throughout the day, we may not always be able to answer the phone straight away. If you do prefer to call, please leave us a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

We’re very busy at the moment and are usually booked in advance, so we’d always recommend pre-booking your appointments where possible — especially during summer and Christmas, as holidays can make availability more limited. Many of our clients like to book a couple of appointments ahead to avoid missing out on their preferred times.

Joe is currently fully booked for colour appointments until July.

If you need to move, cancel, or amend an appointment, we’d really appreciate as much notice as possible so we can offer appointments to clients on our waiting list and help keep wait times down.

📢 Price Increase Notice

We wanted to let you know that from Tuesday 7th April, there will be a price increase to our services.

Over the past few years, costs across the board have risen significantly. We are incredibly grateful for your continued support of our small business—it truly means so much to us and allows us to keep doing what we love every day.

As an employed model salon, we have additional responsibilities such as VAT, and we remain fully committed to investing in ongoing training and apprenticeships. We also continue to use only high-end colour products to ensure the best results for you.

With increases in colour and stock costs, energy bills, national insurance contributions, wages, and insurance, this adjustment will help us maintain the standards you know and trust, while also ensuring our talented stylists are rewarded fairly for their skill and dedication.

This year marks 17 wonderful years of our salon, and we are so proud to continue sharing our experience, passion, and care with each and every one of you.

We hope for your understanding, and this price increase will allow us to continue providing the high level of service and quality you deserve.
