My nose has been growing 🤥 And it’s been so tough… but now I can explain everything. I have been really shady when it comes to taking bookings for August & September and this is why. Me and my sneaky cousin have been planning this big surprise for my mum for about 6 months and I genuinely had no idea how to work out “work diary & Family diary”. So please bare with me if I have to make a few amendments over the next few weeks.

I have a little bit of space this week, and then I am heading off on a short adventure with her for a few days next week. Then I’m back for a few days in and out of doing family stuff.

THEN I have a few dates the week of the 17th and then it’s my birthday.

THEN I have a very very VERY busy week the week of the 24th and then I think I’m going to crash out so I’m looking at taking a week or 2 out of therapies for catch up and restoration of the body and hands (very important if you want my full energy) and focusing on just wellbeing calls and workshops. I’m tired 😴
That’s my plan anyway 😃 But you all know me, I can’t turn down appointments for that long 😬

So there you have it. Thankyou for being so patient with my “ifs, when’s, buts and maybes”. You are all the best support network 🫶🏻💛

I’m so so grateful to have a job that allows me to be flexible for special things like this 🧚🏻‍♀️

Part of the problem when we feel lost and not sure where we’re going is that we’re too busy living in the lives of others. Scrolling social media. Watching others do their thing instead of focusing on ourselves.

When we’re not feeling quite ourselves and then we tune in to the lives of everyone having fun, enjoying themselves on holiday, making memories with friends and families, then we start comparing. We don’t have the same. We wish we had the same.

What we often don’t see is their bad days. Only viewing “picture perfect” lives and then spiralling into negativity.

So that’s where I sweep in. Pull you out and push you forward. Reminding you that that’s not always real life, and reality is that with a sprinkle of positivity you’ll feel on the up.

It’s a tough process but I’m here, with an open hand to take your calls and boost your positivity. ✨
